What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, optional company name, and message you provide. We also record the IP address of the request and the page you submitted from, for the purpose of fraud detection and rate limiting.

When you simply browse the site, we collect aggregate logs (HTTP method, path, status code, user-agent string) for performance and uptime monitoring. These logs are retained for 30 days and are not joined to any identity.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

What we do with it

Form submissions are forwarded to our customer-relationship management system (HubSpot Forms API) for our sales team to follow up. Aggregate logs are sent to our self-hosted observability platform (GlitchTip), with personally identifying fields scrubbed before transmission per our internal scrubber rules.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertising networks. We do not embed third-party tracking pixels or social-network share buttons that fingerprint visitors.

Cookies

This site does not currently set first-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile (the bot-mitigation widget on the contact form) sets a short-lived cf_chl_* cookie scoped to its own domain to verify the browser is not automated; this cookie does not identify you to us.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing the contact above. We respond to requests within 30 days.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The effective date and version above identify the current policy; superseded policies are archived and available on request.
